Jakarta, Swapnews.co.id – Starting Monday, September 1, 2025, international passengers arriving at Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Tangerang, Juanda Airport in Surabaya, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali, and international ports in Batam will be required to declare their arrival through the All Indonesia application.
The app, designed to streamline entry procedures, integrates immigration, customs, health, and quarantine forms into a single digital system. Travelers can submit their declarations up to three days before arrival or upon landing. Importantly, this process is free of charge.
Acting Director-General of Immigration, Yuldi Yusman, emphasized that the initiative reflects Indonesia’s commitment to modernizing public services. “With All Indonesia, the arrival process becomes shorter, safer, and more user-friendly—not only for individuals but also for groups, the elderly, people with disabilities, and children,” he said.
The Ministry of Finance’s Directorate General of Customs and Excise welcomed the integration. Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Djaka Budhi Utama highlighted that the system supports faster movement of both people and goods, removing the need for a separate electronic customs declaration (e-CD).
From a public health perspective, the Ministry of Health noted that integrating health declarations will allow early detection of potential outbreaks. Similarly, quarantine authorities underscored that declarations related to animals, plants, and derivative products are now centralized, improving food security and disease prevention.
The All Indonesia application can be accessed at allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
“This is not only about convenience but also about protecting our borders. The data provided helps safeguard national security, health, and economic integrity,” Yusman concluded.
